Optimizely

In 2011, under DivcoWest, we initiated market ready, seismic upgrades on this 1930’s, multi-floor, 100,000 square foot commercial office building in San Francisco. From 2012 to 2016, we executed offices for Optimizely, an enterprise startup which offers businesses an optimization platform to run experiments for better data-driven decisions. We assisted their growth in this SOMA location in a sequence of 4 expansions as their worldwide staffing has gone from 40 to 400. Each phase has adapted and responded in creative and efficient ways as Optimizely’s needs for sales, support, collaboration, and engineering evolve. The building is currently owned/managed by Harvest Properties.
