A small single story house was completely updated and provided with a second story addition that fits seamlessly with the original.  The attic space was reinforced and expanded, the original bath and kitchen updated and a Master Suite and laundry were created in the upper story. An intimate lower floor study was created for the client who travels widely and enjoys art, music, and books.
