Creekside

Working with Drake Design Associates, the project includes the reconstruction of the Leasing Office and the new construction of the Fitness Center at the Creekside Village, a Shea Apartments property.  The solution uses traditional building forms and finishes, providing for club house comfort.  The Fitness Center features a broad expanse of windows which connect to the pool and patio area, allowing for natural light and ventilation.
